Returns Policy

We will accept any item for return within 28 days of purchase (excluding sale items and special orders). Goods are returned at customer's expense, and we recommend it is returned via recorded/signed for delivery. Goods must be unsoiled, unused, include the original tags and in a re-saleable condition. If an item is special order, then we have a no returns policy.

In the event of goods being damaged or not fit for purpose, we will need the item returning via method stated above and return new item or refund asap. 

In order to return an item, please contact us in the first instance either via email or using the contact form on the website; please note, we may require photos in order to process a faulty return.
