Shipping & Returns

UK Shipping

We offer an option of standard 3-5 day delivery via My Hermes across the UK. 

For customers in Mainland UK we offer an optional upgrade to a DPD 1-2 day service and for customers in Northern Ireland or the Scottish Highlands there is an option to upgrade to a Parcelforce 1-2 day delivery service.

Orders are shipped the next working day following the order being placed and are shipped on a signed for service. 

Equissentials Dressage will not be held responsible for any postal / courier delays. Two attempts to deliver will be made after which the parcel will be returned to us and further shipping costs will apply for redelivery.

Free UK delivery on orders over £150.

Next Day Delivery (UK)

Orders requiring next day delivery must be placed before 1pm the previous day and will need a signature upon delivery. Next day delivery does NOT include weekend delivery or anything ordered after 2pm.

Please allow an extra working day for deliveries over UK Bank Holidays. 

International Orders

All international orders will be posted via a tracked / signed for service. Delivery timescales will vary, depending on the destination of the order and the courier used.

Customers are responsible for any customs charges generated.

Please Note: There may be small variations between the value of your confirmed foreign currency order and the amount you are finally charged by your card provider. This is due to possible exchange rate fluctuations between two separate service providers. 

Returns/Exchanges
Returns or exchanges can be made within 14 days of the order being delivered. If you order arrived more than 14 days ago, we are unable to process any refunds or exchanges for unsuitable items.

Items must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Any item not in its original condition or that is damaged/used can not be returned or refunded.

 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item and should consider using a tracked and signed for service.

Refunds

Once your item is returned to us and found to be in good order we will process your refund back to the original method of payment. Please note refund processing times can vary depending on the initial method of payment and payment providers.

Your refund will be for the full amount of the product minus the initial shipping cost.

Sale items 
Only regular priced items may be refunded, sale items are non returnable clearance items.
