My Christmas Wish List - All The Kings Horses..

Anyone who's got an equestrian on their list of people to gift at Christmas will tell you we're an impossible bunch to buy for and whether we like it or not.. the big event is rapidly approaching.
There are just 37 days until Christmas and with the added complication of a lockdown in England until at least December 2nd, you'd better get your skates on!
Every Wednesday for the next 4 weeks, we'll be sharing a wishlist from one of our friends to inspire you and help you pick the perfect gift for the impossible to buy for..
This week, Diane from All the Kings Horses shares her Christmas Wishes with us.
Diane is amazing, or DR Diane as we should say. She juggles being a Trauma Doctor in the NHS with her yard of four gorgeous horses and running her social media accounts where she runs fabulous rider clinics and demystifies all things medical.
She also shares her own journey of becoming para graded and competing in affiliated Dressage. She's a bit of a superhero!
Over to Diane...
Hi! Im Diane, and I love equestrian shopping; I adore my horses and always try for all of us to look our best. It’s a mindset thing for me - look good, feel good - you’re more positive when you ride.
It’s so hard not put the whole Equissentials website on my Christmas list but here’s my top picks..

Kingsland Katinka Winter lined Leggings £89

I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE navy- it’s so smart. I get really cold in winter and these Kingsland leggings are winter weight and lined so super warm. I love the quality and fit of Kingsland and the products are always super smart.

Eskadron Reflexx Mesh Training top £69.95

This top would be perfect with pretty much most of my wardrobe on or off the ponies. I really like to layer up as much as possible, makes it so much easier to keep warm. I always tend to wear sleeves after seeing really bad gravel rash at work so I love light training tops I can wear all year round.

Equestrian Stockholm Active Performance Jacket or Vest - Dark Sky - from £101

I have the saddle pad, ears and polos that I bought for Winnie- the matching rider wear with this set will be perfect for an Abi Lyle clinic with my wardrobe of navy breeches - look good feel good remember?

 VIP Equestrian Pad £137.50

I’ve been looking at these for a while- three years ago Syd had kissing spine surgery so I’m fastidious about his back. I’m also so aware that the horse’s spines are still vulnerable when they are young, so I’d use it under Winnie’s saddle, so her spine stays healthy too. This is medical grade material and I have used this material at work and can see the benefits they would bring to him. Only thing I’m unsure about is what colour to choose!

Equito Black Cherry pad and bandages £79

Syd and Winnie would look amazing in this set, a beautiful but practical colour perfect for the colder months. I love my Equito base layer and I’ll definitely be looking out for this in black cherry so comfortable and insanely flattering.

Ps of Sweden Ruffle Set – White £115

I often use white pad for a clinic as it can really set an outfit off. I love the new Ps of Sweden ruffle sets - they're classic but manage to be a little bit different with the row of ruffles and diamante detail to make them feel super special and perfect for gifting. The white set is in bold on my list!
