Refund policy

Returns/Exchanges
Returns or exchanges can be made within 14 days of the order being delivered. If you order arrived more than 14 days ago, we are unable to process any refunds or exchanges for unsuitable items.

Items must be unused and in the same condition that you received it with all labels attached. It must also be in the original packaging.

Any item not in its original condition or that is damaged/used can not be returned or refunded.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item and should consider using a tracked and signed for service.

Refunds

Once your item is returned to us and found to be in good order we will process your refund back to the original method of payment. Please note refund processing times can vary depending on the initial method of payment and payment providers.

Your refund will be for the full amount of the product minus the initial shipping cost.

Sale items 
Only regular priced items may be refunded, sale items are non returnable clearance items.

Exchanges
If an item is not suitable and you'd like exchange it for the same (or a different) item, send us an email at hayley@equissentialsdressage.com in the first instance and send your item to: Equissentials Dressage, 16 Myrtle Grove, Warrington, WA4 1EE, United Kingdom with details of the exchange enclosed.

Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: Equissentials Dressage, 16 Myrtle Grove, Warrington, WA4 1EE, United Kingdom
