Refund policy

Returns
Items can be refunded, or exchanged within 14 days of purchase except where the promotion or offer advises items are non returnable.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with labels still attached.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Providing the item is returned in good order your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges
If an item is not suitable and you'd like exchange it for the same (or a different) item, send us an email at hayley@equissentialsdressage.com in the first instance and send your item to: Equissentials Dressage, 16 Myrtle Grove, Warrington, WA4 1EE, United Kingdom with details of the exchange enclosed.

Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: Equissentials Dressage, 16 Myrtle Grove, Warrington, WA4 1EE, United Kingdom

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable and you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
