UK Shipping

A flat rate of £5.50 applies to UK orders up to £150, free UK delivery on orders over £150.

All UK orders are sent via a next working day service using DPD or via Royal Mail tracked & signed. All shipping methods have full insurance. 

Please allow an extra working day for deliveries over UK Bank Holidays. 

International Orders - Europe

Shop with us VAT free.

As UK is no longer part of the EU therefore import & duty charges may apply when the shipment arrives in the destination country. DPD will contact you via email to advise of any applicable charges and payment methods. You will not receive your parcel unless you pay these import fees & when you place an order you are agreeing to pay charges as applicable. 

Packages with outstanding charges are not returned to sender and are destroyed in the destination country & are therefore not refundable.

International Orders - Rest of World

Shipping costs are calculated based on volumetric weight and are applied at checkout.

All international orders are shipped via DHL express (5-7 working day service) or Royal Mail.

 Import & duty charges may apply when the shipment arrives in the destination country - the courier will contact you via email to advise of any applicable charges and payment methods


Returns/Exchanges
Returns or exchanges can be made within 14 days of the order being delivered. If you order arrived more than 14 days ago, we are unable to process any refunds or exchanges for unsuitable items.

Items must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Any item not in its original condition or that is damaged/used can not be returned or refunded.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item and should consider using a tracked and signed for service.

Refunds

Once your item is returned to us and found to be in good order we will process your refund back to the original method of payment. Please note refund processing times can vary depending on the initial method of payment and payment providers.

Your refund will be for the full amount of the product minus the initial shipping cost.

Sale items 
Only regular priced items may be refunded, sale items are non returnable clearance items.
